Product Description

The Tri-axial Fiber Grating Sensor is an optical sensor capable of measuring two transverse strains orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the fiber as well as longitudinal strain. It is only 135 microns in diameter and ideal for embedded applications requiring a non-intrusive, passive sensor with high EMI resistance capable of measuring transverse or shear strain.
