Product Description

The Bi-Axial Fiber Grating Sensor is an optical sensor capable of measuring transverse strain orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the fiber. It is only 135 microns in diameter and ideal for embedded applications requiring a nonintrusive, passive sensor with high EMI resistance capable of measuring transverse or shear strain.
